Control Solutions, Inc. Acquires Compsee, Inc., Extends Nationwide Coverage

Control Solutions, Inc, a supply chain management and mobility solutions company headquartered in Gig Harbor, Washington, has completed the acquisition of Compsee, Inc., a mobility systems company, from parent company, McRae Industries, Inc. The acquired group will continue to operate under the Compsee name, with Compsee’s Melbourne, Florida sales and customer services headquarters becoming the combined company’s east coast sales and operations center. The acquisition does not include the mobile terminal manufacturing operations in Mt. Gilead, North Carolina, which will remain with McRae Industries, although the new Compsee will continue to support customers as an authorized reseller of products manufactured by McRae Industries.

Control Solutions Merges with POSDATA

Control Solutions, Inc., a factory automation and supply chain management solutions company headquartered in North Branch, New Jersey, has announced the completion of a merger with POSDATA, Inc, a Gig Harbor, Washington-based company. POSDATA is an enterprise mobility software company and a value added reseller and service provider of Auto ID and Point of Sale equipment.

The merging of the two companies provides a nationwide organization for supply chain automation and mobility solutions, as well as Automatic Identification/Point of Sale equipment sales and service. The combined company has major facilities in North Branch, New Jersey; York, Pennsylvania; Gig Harbor, Washington; Louisville, Kentucky; and Santa Fe Springs, California, with an additional six sales offices located nationwide.
